According to the early leaks, One Piece chapter 1059 is titled “The Incident of Captain Koby” and it starts with the introduction of the new Pacifista model which is called Seraphim. They are like big children with white hair, brown skin, and black wings. All of them don’t look the same (unlike Kuma pacifistas).
The next panel shows Blackbeard attacking the Amazon Lily amidst the Marine Invasion. Blackbeard wants Hancock’s devil fruit power. To protect her country, Hancock turns most of the invaders(including Devon and Vasco) into stone. However, Rayleigh comes and halts the conflict, like Shanks at Marineford.
Also, we know that Koby is abducted by Blackbeard pirates. Blackbeard’s new bounty is 3.996 billion and Hancock’s new bounty is 1.659 billion.
In another page, we see Red Hair Pirates take Marco near Sphinx Island (Whitebeard’s homeland). Marco is leaving the ship at the beginning of the chapter to fly towards Sphinx Island. It’s a funny part. Shanks asks Marco to join his crew but Marco refuses.
